A blue-colored tear in space, 0.76 light years from the machine planet. There were several of these tears around the machine planet, each seemingly leading to another universe. Through one of these tears, the USS Sharikahr pulled through a replica of the USS Wanderlust, an antiquated Starfleet vessel.

An unexplained energy ball, which killed a Sharikahr crewman. The effects of this energy ball rendered Commander Ahkileez, Lt. Commander Maylen and all other telepaths on the ship unconscious. They eventually recovered with no adverse effects once the ball was gone. The ball, upon expanding and dissipating, burned out an EPS conduit, which lead to the discovery of the Wanderlust replicants.

A type of space similar to subspace, but different in that it stretches into realspace, and impedes navigation. Flowspace consists of currents, which weave and flow into each other. The Sharikahr experienced great difficulty while navigating flowspace. Traveling opposite the direction of the flow significantly slowed the ship, while traveling with it caused several faster than light jumps. After pulling the replica USS Wanderlust from one of the tears in space, the Sharikahr sought refuge from the effects of flowspace behind one of the machine planet's moons.

Name given to an unknown energy anomaly that was encountered by the Sharikahr near Betazoid space. This energy caused the crew of the Sharikahr to change genders for a time. The effect was reversed by a transporter technique devised by Doctor Leonard and Lt. Commander Jax.

Wormhole designated Quectza-A9801 – The Sharikahr passed through this unstable wormhole en route to planet Quetzca. A short wormhole, it's terminus was within the same star system as it's entry.
