INCOMING TRANSMISSION:
STARFLEET PERSONNEL, SAN FRANCISCO, EARTH
PRIORITY ONE COMMUNIQUÉ
AUTHORIZATION TANGO-ZULU-FOUR-BRAVO-TWO-ONE-SEVEN
TO: Captain Elisha Irvin, Commanding Officer USS
Sharikahr NCC-81204
CC: Senior Staff, USS Sharikahr NCC-81204
RE: Mission Orders, Stardate 10608.03
Captain Irvin,
Starfleet Command would like to thank you for all of your hard
work in assisting Starfleet Intelligence in gathering
information on the potential “alliance” between the Red
Allegiance and Cardassian Eleventh Order. Starfleet Command
has taken control of this matter and rest assured that
Starfleet will do whatever is necessary to stop this alliance.
However, there is a much more important matter that requires
the assistance of the Sharikahr.
Captain, the Sharikahr is ordered to report to Arcadia Station
where you will pick up the United Federation of Planet’s
Minister of Galactic Affairs, Varan, and the Minister of
Defense, Indira. These two individuals are a member of the
President’s Cabinet and should be protected at all costs. A
full reception consisting of the honor guard, music, food, and
beverage should be assembled. All officers are required to be
in their dress uniforms.
Once the Ministers of Galactic Affairs and Defense have
settled in, the Sharikahr will transport them to a neutral
section of space between the Federation and the Amenti border.
During this time, the Sharikahr will host the signing of the
Amenti into the United Federation of Planets. This will be a
momentous event, for we have not had many important additions
to the United Federation of Planets since the Dominion War.
The Amenti and Federation have been in contact for over 20
years. They are an extremely friendly people and will be a
wonderful asset to the United Federation of Planets.
This signing should be handled with great care. Your job is to
make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible.
Starfleet Command knows the Sharikahr is perfect for this
momentous occasion.
Good luck Captain,
Admiral William Crenshaw
Starfleet Command
